The starting situation
The staff schedule was rebuilt by hand every week, and every last-minute absence triggered an hour of calls to find a replacement. Paper timesheets came back crumpled at month's end, and recurring contract invoicing was checked line by line.
What it delivers
- The weekly schedule closes in one hour instead of a day
- Replacements no longer depend on the team leader's address book
- Monthly invoicing goes out on time, accurate, without paper timesheets
Schedules closed in 1 h instead of a day
What we set up
01
Scheduling and replacements
Rounds are generated from contracts, and an absence automatically suggests available replacements by sector. One validation and it's settled.
02
Clock-in from the phone
Agents clock in on site from their phone. Hours come back clean, ready for payroll and invoicing, no paper, no re-entry.
03
Recurring invoicing without manual checks
Contracts generate their invoices monthly, adjusted for clocked extra services. Discrepancies are flagged, not hunted.
